Administrative Coordinator
Overview: As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our office operations while upholding our commitment to quality and integrity. Key Responsibilities:
Reception and Facilities Management:
Serve as the welcoming face of Community Impact, ensuring every visitor and caller experiences our passion for service.
Oversee facility-related requests with integrity, maintaining a professional and inviting office environment.
Manage conference room setups, proactively addressing equipment needs with innovation.
Purchasing and Inventory Control:
Maintain and manage inventory of office and breakroom supplies, ensuring a workplace that reflects our commitment to quality.
Oversee marketing materials, aligning resources with our passion for excellence.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Event Coordination:
Organize and set up conference rooms for meetings and presentations, ensuring a seamless experience with attention to detail.
Manage logistics for office events, reinforcing a culture of collaboration and appreciation.
Prepare and display business articles and accolades, celebrating our commitment to excellence.
Vendor and Subscription Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with office vendors, ensuring that our workplace reflects our dedication to quality and integrity.
Manage newspaper subscriptions and address delivery issues to support our mission of informed communities.
Sales and Marketing Support:
Assist with job jacket activities, supporting account owners in their efforts to deliver trusted, high-quality service to clients.
Distribute marketing materials that showcase our passion for local journalism and commitment to the communities we serve.
IT Support:
Address level 1 IT support tickets with innovation and problem-solving skills.
Facilitate the deployment of computers and route phone sales leads, particularly during peak periods, ensuring smooth operations with efficiency and reliability.

Competitive Compensation: Starting hourly rate of $22.35 ($46,500 annually)
Mileage Reimbursement
