Community Options is an industry leading national non-profit with regional offices in over 60 cities throughout the U.S. Our mission is to develop housing and employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
To support our growing workforce of 5,500 employees, we are seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead our executive level and national recruitment efforts. The position reports to the CHRO, and will also work closely with the CEO, VPs, and State Directors throughout the organization to source talent for key leadership positions and set the vision and direction for the recruitment function nationally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform full lifecycle recruiting for key leadership positions. This includes sourcing, networking, interviewing, and negotiating offers of employment.
- Maintain networks to build pipelines of talented job seekers throughout the organization’s regional offices.
- Develop and implement short and long-term talent acquisition initiatives to support the needs of the growing organization and ensure it remains competitive with evolving market demands.
- Assess, improve, and expand current recruitment methodologies.
- Provide oversight and mentoring to the national recruiting team, continuously elevating the level of expertise.
- Develop programs with the Director of Recruitment to improve the skill set, methods and processes of locally based Recruiting Coordinators.
- Make recommendations for system enhancements and vendor partnerships.
Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruitment experience required, including recruiting for senior level leadership positions. Experience in the healthcare or non-profit industry is a plus.
- Experience utilizing a variety of sourcing tools, and using creative, non-traditional methodologies to source passive talent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, responsive, and able to adapt to changing business needs.
