Job Summary:

As our Full-Time Client Experience Coordinator. The Client Experience Coordinator serves a dual role for the organization. First; as the ambassador to all visitors to Community Partners of South Florida (CPSFL). The Client Experience Coordinator will make answering all incoming calls the highest priority, and link callers with the requested department within the agency The Client Experience Coordinator will greet all visitors and link them with the appropriate service provider within the agency. The Client Experience Coordinator will provide clients and visitors with outstanding customer service; maintaining a professional and positive demeanor at all times. The Client Experience Coordinator will be able to knowledgeably field questions about CPSFL as well as each service area and successfully direct issues to the appropriate department/individual for resolution. The Client Experience Coordinator will also support the Intake Department activities by entering data, providing customer service, copying, taking self-referrals, scheduling clients to meet with Intake Therapists, getting consents when needed, verifying appropriateness for services, keeping Sales Force up to date, keeping referrals sources up to date, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Associate’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • AA or BA/BS preferred
  • Bi-lingual Spanish required
  • Previous experience in a similar fast-paced environment is highly desired

  • MULTITASK: Demonstrates skill in managing multiple tasks, including effectively navigating the telephone system and visitors to the front desk.
  • OUTREACH: Act as a liaison and appropriate representative for the agency with outside social service agencies, schools, and other organizations.
  • DOCUMENTATION: High attention to detail, in order to ensure the accuracy of filing, organizing documents, and inputting data into CPSFL’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and the state Carisk system.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation: $20/hr
