Description :
- Provide various loan support functions. Including servicing closed loans, payment processing, primary or back up to various loan maintenance, customer insurance support, and system support.
- Customer service using various methods, answering phone, emails, and letters.
- Assist other loan operations staff on assigned tasks as required, to alleviate backlogs and / or to meet established deadlines as it pertains to commercial, consumer, or mortgage loans.
- Provides administrative support as needed and required.
- Respond to customer (internal / external) questions in a timely, professional and efficient manner regarding all loans related issues.
- Processes loan activities according to prescribed departmental procedures
- Performs loan accounting / reconciliation activities
- Compile monthly / quarterly / annual data for reports for Internal and External sources
- Performs file maintenance and transactions on accounts as necessary
- Interact with System’s support personnel to resolve technical loan operation’s questions.
- Perform duties as assigned by Department Team Lead
