This role will support program participants by providing case management, career coaching, and facilitating job readiness workshops to prepare individuals for job search in the Porterville area.Ideal candidate must possess:

The incumbent is responsible for providing opportunities for potential customers in low-income communities to access WIOA Career Services and enroll in the ESE program.ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Collects, organizes, and analyzes information about individuals through records, tests, interviews and professional sources, to appraise their interests, aptitudes, abilities and personal characteristics for vocational
  • Maintains case management files, documents contact with customers, employers, school staff and other partners and provide all required documentation in a timely
  • Prepares and modifies documents including correspondence, reports, memos and
  • Serves as a customer liaison responding to customer problems, questions or concerns and coordinates with the proper agency personnel to provide timely and accurate answers for the
  • Follow-up with customers and agencies as appropriate to document use/success of

  • Inputs accurate and complete data for all contacts with customers into agency
