- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations for ~80 units across, including tenant relations, maintenance, leasing, and reporting
- Monthly rent collection oversight
- Strong knowledge of property management software (AppFolio preferred)
- Manage property budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget
- Recruit and screen tenants, and sign leases
- Inspect properties regularly and ensure that they are in good condition
- Resolve tenant complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
- Oversee financial reports to the owner
- Management of Maintenance Staff and Maintenance Projects
- Tenant Portal Oversight
- Online Marketing /Social Media Oversight
- Eviction Processing
- Permitting and Licensing
- Operating and Leasing Policy and Procedures
- Training staff
- New Property take over capability
- Understanding of property level financial reporting (RR, P&L, BS, etc.)
- Compliance (local, state, national)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
