- Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, manage, and optimize the master production schedule to align with sales forecasts and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and maintenance, to ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Oversee MRO purchasing activities, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Analyze production requirements and capacity constraints to make informed scheduling decisions.
- Monitor inventory levels of MRO supplies and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Implement and maintain scheduling tools and systems to facilitate efficient workflow and tracking of production activities.
- Prepare and present scheduling reports to management, highlighting potential issues and recommending solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews of scheduling processes and MRO purchasing practices to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule downtime and ensure the availability of necessary repair parts and supplies.

- Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in master scheduling, production planning, or a related role, with a focus on MRO buying experience.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and supply chain optimization.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and MRO procurement systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments and external vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
