Company Description
Compass Government Solutions is currently seeking Welcome Center Support Specialists to provide services onsite at Hulburt Field, Florida. In preparation to bid on this contract, we seek qualified candidates willing to be included in our proposal as interested and skilled individuals.
Support Specialists will provide members with the following services: schedule installation in-processing appointments, file Permanent Change of Station (PCS travel vouchers, correct military pay entitlements such as Basic Allowance for Housing BAH) and ensure mandatory installation enrollment of members in the payroll system.

Job Description
- Within two duty days of the date of arrival at the station, schedule all incoming appointments in SharePoint using the data supplied by squadron sponsors. The base gains roster will be supplied by the 1st Special Operations Force Support Squadron (1 SOFSS).
- Ensure names and contact information of all inbounds and sponsors are included in the tracking database.
- Give sponsors a finance questionnaire packet when appointments are scheduled.
- Make sure that within five duty days of the date of arrival at the station, vouchers are submitted to finance
- When the member arrives, give them a base-in-processing checklist and arrange all base appointments around their house-hunting dates.
- Must ensure the member fill out a base locator card as required.
- Reschedule appointments if the member misses an appointment or cannot attend a scheduled appointment
- Provide continuous information and assistance to relocating personnel and their family.
- The contractor is responsible for monitoring members to make sure that all installation-related appointments are finished within 45 days of the date of arrival at the station.
- Assist with reissuing the documents if the member attends their HWC appointment and do not have the finance questionnaire packet on hand.
- Reach out to squadron sponsors and first sergeants to request an MFR stating why the member cannot make the 45-day appointment per wing policy.
- Input all base in-processing dates into SharePoint after the last appointment of the day.
- Scan the base locator card and a copy of the orders to the share drive WELCOME CENTER (INTRO) folder.
- Collect copies of feedback forms from Resilience Center representatives for input in monthly reports.
Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a minimum of a secret clearance at the start of performance
- Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent
- Read, understand, speak, and write English fluently. Teaching and public speaking skills in order to provide guidance, counseling, training and professional evaluation.
- Knowledge and ability to communicate effectively, both oral and in writing with tact and courtesy.
- Knowledge of the use of computers and computer programs to include Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of other various office automation software processing procedures and function keys and the similarities and differences among software types to produce a wide range of documents, web pages, portal development, graphics and tables within
text, to edit and reformat electronic drafts, and to update and revise existing databases or spreadsheets
- Knowledge of Composite Health Care System (CHCS) MHS Genesis Military Health System and Preventive Health Assessment and Individual Medical Readiness.
