• Ensure that the food offered to clients, customers, and employees is of superior quality
• Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, and clients
• Oversee the operation of the corporate cafeteria in accordance with approved standards while providing maximum value to clients
Requirements:
• Two to four years of fine dining restaurant management experience
• Comprehensive food and wine knowledge, including pairings
• Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including MS Office products
