Key Responsibilities
- Conduct finger stick cholesterol screenings, including total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, and glucose, alongside health checks for blood pressure, weight, and body fat percentage.
- Administer influenza vaccinations.
- Provide consultation and education on identifiable health conditions to staff members.
- Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of all participants.
- Travel to various Compass Health office locations.
- Foster a positive and professional environment throughout all interactions.
- Proficiency in performing health screenings and administering vaccines.
- Strong communication and consultation skills for educating staff on health issues.
- Ability to maintain participant confidentiality and uphold a professional demeanor.
- Experience in creating a supportive and positive environment.
- Valid licensure as an LPN or RN is required.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience is required.
- A valid Missouri driver's license must be obtained upon hiring.
