Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cholesterol screenings, including total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, and glucose levels.
- Monitor and assess blood pressure, weight, and body fat percentage.
- Administer influenza vaccinations to team members.
- Provide guidance and education regarding health conditions.
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards for all participants.
- Travel consistently to various Compass Health office locations, ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere.
- Proficient in performing health screenings and administering vaccinations.
- Strong communication skills for educating and consulting staff.
- Ability to maintain participant confidentiality with professionalism.
- Comfortable with regular travel and creating a positive work environment.
- Current licensure as an LPN or RN is required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience is necessary.
- Valid Missouri driver's license must be obtained upon hire.
- High School diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
