Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, structure, and manage medication clinic operations
- Collaborate with Clinical Doctors and Customer Relations Specialists to ensure optimal client care
- Conduct medication education discussions and address client refill requirements
- Administer intramuscular medications, manage sample dispensing, and maintain precise medication logs
- Support prior authorizations, manage injection lists, and monitor order accuracy
- Complete essential documentation for medication clinics and psychiatric consultations
- Perform vital sign assessments and coordinate pre-diabetes screenings as necessary
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to diversity
- High School diploma or GED required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Current licensure as GPN, LPN, GN, or RN, with successful completion of the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation
