Support Engineer III
Sunnyvale, CA – Hybrid / Remote
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and diagnose software issues – On-call support as needed, supporting customer time zones as needed.
- Resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of product documentation and features.
- Document and track customer and system issues.
- Provide feedback to the development team on product issues and support the implementation of potential improvements.
- Automate manual tasks and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest software releases and updates.
- Migrate existing native cloud solutions from the cloud console into packaged and automated DevOps pipelines (infrastructure as code, implementing CI / CD practices, and automated unit testing).
- Maintain the pipelines to keep them healthy and drive other core support engineering and CCI initiatives.
