We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the client's scheduling process and ensuring smooth operations in our office. This is a vital role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling
- Willingness to go in field if/when needed
- Rotate on-call phone (This includes weekday/weekend)
- Weekly Confirmations
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Own Reliable Transportation
- 2 years of Home Health/Caregiver / experience
- 2 years of scheduling experience
- 2 years of Customer Service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour
