We work on a hybrid-remote schedule but do require in office attendance three days a week. The Client Care Coordinator is one of the first points of contact for our clients. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential. Top candidates will have at least one year of law firm, medical office or related customer service experience with demonstrated time-management and organizational skills. We are looking for an individual who is dependable, a team player, and comfortable working independently.
The responsibilities for this position include:
- Follow up with clients regularly to monitor medical treatment and status of injuries with the ability to interact well with clients and provide exemplary client service.
- Assist clients with scheduling medical appointments and arranging transportation, if needed.
- Ability to read and understand medical records and medical terminology.
- Knowledge of pre-litigation case process and ability to work independently.
- Ability to collect detailed and accurate medical information into case management system.
- Familiarity with all types of insurance policies and coverage limits.
- Assist attorney in arranging Independent Medical Examinations, Future Cost Evaluations, and requesting medical cost projections from medical providers.
- Coordinating with the attorney and paralegal to ensure the proper medical management of client files.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office. Needles and/or Litify experience a plus.
- Be a self-starter and with a positive attitude.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of law firm or medical office required. More experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Associate Degree and/or relevant Certification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.65 - $24.00 per hour
