Your leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will ensure our clients receive high-quality care that meets their unique needs.
What You'll Do:
- Connect and Care: Meet with potential clients and their families to understand their needs and develop customized care plans that bring peace of mind.
- Build Relationships: Maintain ongoing communication with clients and families, ensuring they feel supported from the initial consultation to the delivery of care.
- Support Quality Care: Conduct regular visits to ensure clients are receiving exceptional service and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with care professionals, service coordinators, and team leads to ensure every client’s care is seamless and personalized.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance to care professionals, ensuring they’re equipped to deliver outstanding service in clients' homes.
- Problem-Solve with Compassion: Address concerns from clients and families with empathy, ensuring they receive the care and support they need.
- After-Hours Support: Be available to take after-hours on-call responsibilities when needed, ensuring clients and families can always count on timely assistance.

What You Bring:
