Complete Office is looking for a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service /Sales Support Specialist to join our team.
Complete Office of Wisconsin is a distributor of business products (office supplies, janitorial and breakroom products, paper products, custom printing and stamps, safety supplies, and furniture). Our continual reinvestment in local personnel allows Complete Office a unique ability to assist our customers by providing a “high-touch” service offering.
Responsibilities:
· Perform all customer service duties to include answering customer service inquiries via email, fax and telephone regarding account status, product information and price information
· Respond to customer questions in an expeditious and tactful manner
· Understand customers’ needs and recommend office products to them
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Strong organization and conflict resolution skills, attention to detail
· Knowledge of internet software, vendor websites, order processing systems and database software
· Excellent computer and communication skills
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
· Strong work ethic, positive attitude
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ongoing deadlines
· Ability to work effectively within a team environment
· Prior office products industry experience is a plus
