Medical Call Center Representative
Location:
North Andover, MA
Hours:
- Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Position Duties:
- 3 – 6 months medical admin/ medical office experience/medical call center.
- Insurance referral experience preferred but not required.
- Answering calls, scheduling patients, doing insurance verification, working with medical records,
- May also be required to help with some other office tasks – including patient translation if they are bilingual and/or other operation/admin tasks.
Pay Rate:
- $19/ Hour
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
