We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are a full-service managing company for a homeowner's insurance carrier. Responsibilities
- Assist with opening, scanning, dragging and posting of payments
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries in a professional manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining meticulous records.
- Assist with performing endorsements and cancellations to policies.
- Support the team with clerical duties as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Experience
- No previous experience necessary - training provided
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
