Introduction:
We are seeking a friendly and organized part-time Accounting Clerk to join our team. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, incoming and outgoing mail, data entry, and office supply monitoring and restocking. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage handling accounts receivable and accounts payable, sorting and distributing incoming mail, processing outgoing mail
Data entry, entering information into the computer, i.e. expenses
Handle a variety of tasks managing mail and packages, and maintaining accurate records
Ensure that the reception area is clean and organized at all times
Office supply management, monitor and restock office supplies
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Pay rate is based on experience
