Comprehensive Life Resources is looking for a passionate Maintenance Worker to join our Facility Services team in Tacoma. We do provide training.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with supervisory staff to design and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance system
- Repairs due to wear and tear
- Trouble Shooting and problem solving
- Landscaping
- Painting
- Monitor equipment and inventory
- Assist in performance of janitorial and grounds keeping duties as directed.
- In addition to the above, perform other duties as assigned.
- Valid Drivers License and means of transportation
- Working knowledge of trade skills such as plumbing, electrical drywall, etc.
- Capability to work with custodial crews and ordering supplies.
- Experience or willingness to work in a mental health residential care setting with both youth and adults.
- Ability to communicate with vendors to ensure equipment maintenance and inspections are completed in accordance with L&I and OSHA standards
