Job Description:
The Systems Analyst 3 will be responsible for understanding business objectives and challenges, identifying alternative solutions, and performing cost/benefit analyses to determine the best course of action. This role involves analyzing user requirements, procedures, and system inefficiencies to enhance automation and optimize current computer systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with organizational personnel to evaluate current operational procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Defining specific input and output requirements, including data formats, reporting structures, and automation needs.
- Writing detailed descriptions of user requirements, program functionalities, and necessary modifications.
- Assessing computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling constraints to determine feasibility within the existing system.
Note: This position requires on-site presence one day per week, with the potential for increased on-site requirements in the future.
Skills and Qualifications:
<>Minimum Requirements:- 8 years of experience in cloud engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AWS core services.
- 5 years of experience automating deployments using CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Ansible, or similar tools.
- 4 years of experience with serverless architecture.
- 4 years of experience designing and implementing high availability and fault-tolerant systems.
- 4 years of experience working with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
- 4 years of experience with containerization, including ECS, EKS, and Fargate.
- 2 years of strong proficiency in Python, Bash, or other scripting/programming languages.
- 1 year of demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- 1 year of AWS certifications (strongly preferred).
- 1 year of experience demonstrating adaptability in environments requiring independent problem-solving and decision-making.
