We’re looking for a PC Life Cycle Delivery Manager to join our team.
The PC Life Cycle Delivery Manager will manage the onshore and offshore resources delivering the full PC Lifecycle services across all regions, and will act as resource for Lifecycle activities and manage all warranty work.
What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Work closely with Site Services Regional Site Leaders for depot repair and/or advanced exchange sparing via the Site Services Contract and associated SLAs within the Site Services contract
- Overall responsibility to design, develop and implement processes. Update and maintain accurate documentation to reflect the Lifecycle processes
- Equipment ordering in Ariba and provisioning of equipment for new employees and contractors This also includes processing of other hardware requests from the business users.
- Update Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB), contact records, and request Management. Automation is preferred wherever feasible
- Provide for automated emails to Configuration Item (CI) Owners, managers, and end users where appropriate.
- De-provisioning ITSM Support and execution of the processes including:
- Provide input for budget planning
- Inventory management of PC Devices and peripherals in-scope to provide Zoetis with accurate accounting of PC and related assets. This includes inventory threshold level maintenance by region.
- Perform refresh planning in conjunction with Zoetis budgetary requirements and run execution of refresh activities based on Zoetis standards. Vendor will work with Zoetis to provide optimal scheduling of refresh and work closely with the local Site Services teams
- Consult with and follow Service Asset and Configuration Management processes developed by Zoetis
- Work with the Site Services Regional Site Leader on storeroom inventory levels for personal computing Assets (whole PC Device spares, and spare parts inventory)
- Consult with the Infrastructure Site Services Regional Site Leader on PC Lifecycle issues related to procurement, Zoetis fulfillment, Asset recovery, Asset refresh, Asset disposal, and PC Lifecycle SLAs as needed.
- Consult with all regions for procurement on new models and warranties
- Place appropriate OEM orders in procurement systems for purchases made under a central budget. This includes management of the self-service process for individual IT related purchases and maintenance of the vendor catalogs
- Monitor and contribute to PC Lifecycle reports. This includes details around SLA adherence, service efficiency, and inventory management and compliance
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree or 4-8 years of experience in a related field.
- Extensive experience of Customer and supplier relationships, confidence, and presence to deal with customers and suppliers both internal and customer facing.
- Detailed working knowledge of a very broad range of IT systems.
- Excellent account & delivery skills, sales support with relevant IT/Product categories.
- Strong strategic and tactical account support management & services skills.
- Problem solving capabilities, which includes using several methods to help diagnose the opportunity with general focus on operational efficiency.
