Join our team and enjoy our generous employee benefits!We are currently seeking a qualified Level 1 Desktop Support to join our client’s team onsite in Morristown, NJ.Duties and Responsibilities : Perform equipment install, move, add, and change at the request of clientDocument, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systemsManage triage, troubleshooting, and resolution on IT equipmentDocument efforts, issues and resolutions, close cases / tickets dailyInventory equipment on a bi-weekly basisCampus Support : Break / fix hardware repair consists ofTriaging the hardware-related incidentAssigning a technical resource to perform the repairCoordinating with the designated client contactOrdering and tracking partsIf available, provide a client supplied loaner device to restore the end user toproductivity until the EU device is repaired or replacedCompleting the repair, with appropriate escalation for damage due to equipment misuseUpdating and closing the incidentPerforming warranty and non-warranty repairs of all devicesSpares and PartsPerform OEM warranty Return Merchandise Authorization ( "RMA”) process, client-provided spares and parts, or blend of the above by specific EU deviceDeskside Support : Triage and resolution for configuration issues of in-scope operating systemsTriage and resolution for configuration issues of in-scope applicationsRe-installing in-scope software, drivers, and add-insIMAC : Install : perform the physical setup and connection of an EU device at the end user's workspaceMove : relocate an existing EU device from one physical location toanother physical location either within the same building or within a complexAdd : Add a hardware or software component to an existing EU deviceChange : perform configuration changes to an EU deviceDisposition : move an EU device that client has identified as being assafe for transport, to a central location within the campus site for processingSkills and Qualifications : Minimum 1 years of IT technical support experienceCompTIA A desiredExperience with ServiceNow ticketing system$25.00 - $26.00 per hourWe offer a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to : Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k, Basic Life / AD&D, Supplemental Insurances Plans, Paid Time Off Plan, Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Leave plan, FSA / HSA Pre-Tax Benefits, Employee Discounts.W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
