We are currently seeking a qualified Level 1 Desktop Support to join our client's team onsite in Morristown, NJ.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform equipment install, move, add, and change at the request of client
- Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems
- Manage triage, troubleshooting, and resolution on IT equipment
- Document efforts, issues and resolutions, close cases / tickets daily
- Inventory equipment on a bi-weekly basis
Campus Support :
Triaging the hardware-related incident
productivity until the EU device is repaired or replaced
Perform OEM warranty Return Merchandise Authorization ( "RMA") process, client-provided spares and parts, or blend of the above by specific EU device
Deskside Support :
IMAC :
another physical location either within the same building or within a complex
safe for transport, to a central location within the campus site for processing
Skills and Qualifications :
25.00 - $26.00 per hour
