Your Contribution:
- Interdepartmental liaison between sales, programming, and accounting with technical support issues.
- Coordinate all installs by scheduling and assigning Engineers appropriately.
- Oversees all installs to ensure that the job was completed professionally and that the client is satisfied.
- Ensures that all new engineers are trained on the LabDAQ software and their duties in the Technical Support Department.
- Evaluates and reviews all employees in the Technical Support Department after 3 months of employment and yearly thereafter.
- Reviews and approves all expense reports before submitting them to Accounting.
- Prepares and completes LabDAQ installations as needed.
- Supervise Engineers at the help desk, assign open calls to the appropriate engineers and assist in resolving difficult LabDAQ issues.
- Answers help desk calls as needed and note all actions in SAP CRM. Follow up with clients with an open call to resolve issues or give the client an update.
Your Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or an equivalent level of professional experience required..
- Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience, particularly pertaining to training, supervising, evaluating, and staff selection.
- Excellent Windows knowledge. Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Oracle. In addition to troubleshooting computer hardware.
- Must be able to travel as a back up to the Engineers depending on the amount of installs and for training new employees and must be physically capable of setting up LabDAQ systems at clients’ locations.
- Work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6PM.
- The working conditions are both on-site and off-site, including our Owings Mills office and customers’ medical labs.
