Job Duties:

  • Crafting and sending emails with information about the company and position, including work schedules, dress code and parking options.
  • Welcoming new team members upon their arrival and facilitate new hire orientation.
  • Gathering and processing paperwork, like documents for I-9s and photo badges
  • Improving onboarding portal in HRIS system
  • Refreshing new hire orientation content with information our new team members need
  • Processing new hire and annual background checks
  • Supporting talent acquisition efforts through attending job/career fairs, phone screening, scheduling, or interviewing candidates
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 6 months minimum of experience working in Human Resources or in similar role.
  • Strong problem solving & critical thinking ability.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication.
  • Competent in organization, multi-tasking, and prioritization
  • Ability to work well as an individual contributor as well as be part of a team.
  • Detail oriented with attention to accuracy.
  • Highly dependable (attendance, daily responsibilities/tasks, and project deadlines)
  • Proven Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience
  • Positive attitude and professional image at all times
