- Experience supporting large-scale transformational change initiatives, particularly related to technology adoption.

- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive consensus towards a common goal.
- Experience assessing “as-is” vs. “to-be” processes and guiding organizations through the transition.
- Excellent business interview, active listening, and analytical skills.
- Strong presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and resolving conflicts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience creating as-is process maps in Visio and overlaying them with new to-be processes.
- Willingness to travel extensively to agencies within the Commonwealth.
- A proactive, can-do attitude, with a focus on tracking, following up, and improving current activities.

Minimum Requirements
