Job Summary :
The Client Support Service Professional will handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries related to Client accounts. This role requires responding to inquiries with high accuracy and efficiency while meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include Client Cash Management products and services, Client Online (client website), Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency regarding Client accounts.
- Provide support for Cash Management products and services, online (client website) and mobile app services.
- Respond to financial and account-related inquiries while ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Meet key department performance metrics consistently.
- Contribute effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for multi-tasking and adjusting quickly to changes in a busy financial service center.
