Client is seeking a talented Health, Safety, and Environmental Technician – Level IV to join our team at the Ladson, SC facility. As an integral part of our Health and Safety team, you will contribute to maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. Key Responsibilities :

• Enhance Safety Culture : Integrate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) culture into daily operations, fostering a safer work environment for all.
• Identify and Address Gaps : Evaluate and address gaps within corporate HSE policies and local procedures, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Incident Management : Conduct hazard identification, incident investigations, and risk assessments to prevent future incidents and improve safety protocols.
• Training and Awareness : Deliver training and communicate HSE practices to raise awareness and ensure safety procedures are understood and followed.
• Environmental Management : Coordinate environmental initiatives and support sustainability goals to meet the company’s environmental objectives.
• Emergency Preparedness : Maintain and implement emergency response processes to ensure the site is fully prepared for any emergency situations.
• Quality Assurance : Perform quality checks and identify non-conforming materials to maintain high safety and quality standards while reducing costs.
• Team Collaboration : Foster effective communication and teamwork, driving improvements across safety, quality, and overall processes.
