JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Compliance's role is a robust position that interfaces with all levels of staff throughout the organization. This key position ensures that all employee records and compliance reports are up to standard. The HR Compliance Generalist (Compliance) is responsible for ensuring the workforce meets all HR related compliance requirements for employment. This role is responsible for validating Health Sanctions reporting.
Required Skills:
1. Some knowledge of CA Dept of Public Health (CDPH) and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards
2. Attention to detail (The ability to accurately review documents, policies, and reports is critical in identifying potential compliance issues and ensuring all regulations are adhered to without
oversight.)
3. Strong Communication Skills (Both written and verbal communication skills are necessary to explain complex HR regulations, provide guidance to employees and management,
and document compliance activities clearly.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel & Adobe Writer: Strong skills in Microsoft Word for document creation, formatting, along with Excel for managing data, conducting compliance tracking, and reporting.
Proficiency in Adobe Writer is valuable for reviewing, editing, and ensuring compliance in digital documents. Knowledge of working with Pivot Tables and V-Lookup.
