What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupancy Coordinator position at Compunnel Inc.?
We are seeking an Occupancy Coordinator who can provide excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and departments.
The successful candidate will have intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, as well as experience working with CAD or other drafting software.
In this role, you will conduct physical space audits to document and validate occupancy and occupancy attributes, collaborate with onsite teams to ensure space audits are conducted as required, and be comfortable providing Excel analysis of CAFM data to support planning scenarios.
You will also strive to maintain best-in-class space and occupancy data, update database information received from HR, and support quarterly audits by physically walking space and updating data.
