Sr. Technical Consultant, Microsoft Solutions
Description
As a Sr. Technical Consultant, your responsibilities will include :
- Provide technical, consultative and delivery services to customers of CDI in the areas of Microsoft Services
- Provide technical support maintenance on all team related projects
- Utilize a variety of tools, techniques and procedures to resolve problems.
- Assist and support team members in executing Microsoft related projects on time.
- Implement best practices and procedures for providing technical consultancy services
- Obtain and maintain certifications in your focused discipline; CDI will provide and pay for the necessary training programs and examination fees to enable you to achieve this certification
- Provide internal training and knowledge transfer to other CDI technical consultants, and staff, as requested or necessary.
- Provide daily accounting for your time and billing purposes, via the CDI portal tool
- On non-billable days, assist with practice development activities, train in the CDI Demo Lab and assist in PS Sales activities, as requested and necessary.
