This is currently a Temp to Hire position.
Quick description.
This Dispatcher serves as the liaison between our clients and our technicians. We are an established Napa-based Technology company, who is growing and is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable and efficient individual to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Full-time employment Monday thru Friday 8:30 – 5:30. Weekends and nights are not required, closed on holidays.
- Answer and direct calls
- Create tickets correctly (contact, site, agreement, note taking/summary).
- Answer basic questions about CEG’s services.
- Schedule Technician and Sales team members
- Follow CEG’s process for creating service tickets, answering billing questions, escalating billing questions, receiving and documenting customer feedback.
- Respond to requests calmly and firmly.
- Track time and activities accurately in CEG’s time tracking system
- Speak with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment
- Ability to reshuffle and reschedule appointments in accordance with CEG’s posted SLA and policies
Physical Demands
- Most work tasks are performed indoors.
- Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for up to 7 hours a day.
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs occasionally.
- Must be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, and multi-line phones. We average about 200 calls per day for both departments.
Skills and Knowledge
- On the job training is provided
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
- Must demonstrate a detail-oriented mindset.
- Basic usage of Word Excel.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to type 45 WPM
- Have good critical thinking
- Ability to work under stress and remain calm during rapidly changing circumstances
- Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time
- Have professional phone etiquette

- Front desk for any kind of hospitality, professional services, or Medical industry
- Administrative positions that include answering phones
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
