- The ideal candidate will have Apple/MacOS support experience as well as the ability to work both independently and a part of a friendly and close team!
- Long term contract with expectation of permanent placement
- $17-25/hr W2 optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
- M-F working 8-5 at 6200 Bridge Point Parkway Austin Texas 78730
- This role will support end users both internationally and in the US.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for end-user hardware and software issues, including operating systems, office productivity software, email clients, and specialized applications.
- Manage setup, deployment, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and the roll-out of new technologies.
- Administration of mobile device management (MDM) solutions and support mobile users.
- Apple/MacOS support is mandatory
- 1-3 years of deskside support
