Essential Responsibilities
- Always be of service. Nurture relationships with a list of established clients.
- Work with the team. We support each other, and people in other departments.
- Recommend hardware, software, and services to clients. Proven, commercial-grade, reliable solutions that fit our clients’ business objectives.
- Plan and coordinate strategic planning and consulting sessions with clients.
- Follow through with action items, watch for recurring service issues, and keep promises.
- Time permitting, maintain contact with and assist with quotes for limited-service clients.
Skills Required
- Technical knowledge – some hardware knowledge would be helpful.
- Professional communication – grammatically correct, concise, polite.
- Software – general office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Organization – stay on top of commitments, deliver on time.
- Affability – kill with kindness.
Equipment Used
- Office equipment, computer, telephone.
Physical Requirements
Normal office, medium work (lift 50 lbs.). An employee will need to sit for extended periods of time and operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to speak and hear. The ability to drive a company-owned or personal vehicle is required.
