We are partnering with a prominent healthcare provider in Western New York to find a Vice President of Finance who will lead financial strategy, operations, and support the continued growth and mission of the organization. This is a high-level leadership position reporting directly to the CEO and playing a crucial role as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Financial Leadership : Lead the finance, payroll, and billing teams in aligning financial practices with organizational goals, ensuring long-term financial health and sustainability.
- Financial Oversight : Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management while providing critical insights to senior leadership.
- Revenue Cycle Management : Oversee the revenue cycle, ensuring best practices are followed and continually developing staff to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Risk and Financial Strategy : Evaluate and implement strategies across various departments and lines of business to ensure fiscal stability and operational excellence.
- Advisory Role : Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders, advising on key financial decisions that will influence the company’s strategic direction.
