Service Center Technician
Location : Seattle, WA
Duration : 4-month contract
Rate : $26 / HR pay
Hours : 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
Work schedule : Monday-Friday from 07 : 00 – 3 : 30 pm
Dress code : Steel toe boots / shoes, hard hat, safety glasses, work gloves, no loose-fitting clothing.
SUMMARY :
The Service Center Technician will provide technical support to customers over the phone and in person, troubleshooting to resolve questions and concerns. The technician will collaborate with subject matter experts within the company to resolve customer issues, service product, and conduct training classes at customer locations worldwide and in the Tukwila location.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, willingness to learn, must have great people skills, charismatic, excellent communication skills and focused on the customer experience. Must be fluent in English. Responsible for handling product support calls, guiding callers through problem resolution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Actively listen to and enable customers with solutions to common problems.
- Provides hands-on technical service to equipment and accessories designed and manufactured by SafeWorks.
- Performs demonstrations and instructs customers in the safe operation of the equipment.
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time globally.
