Location: Woodbridge, New Jersey, United States
Setup: Hybrid - Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Woodbridge office
Duration: Full time and Permanent
Pay ranges: $80,000 - $90,000 base pay/ year commission
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our staffing agency. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in business development within the staffing industry. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand the company’s staffing services.
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients within key industries to establish long-term business partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for expansion.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to enhance business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs for revenue growth and client acquisition
Skills and Experience
- Must have prior experience in business development within the staffing industry.
- Experience in selling outsourcing, RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), or BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services is highly preferred.
- Must be a local resident of New Jersey.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships in a competitive market.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of staffing industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
