Description:
The Production Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical controls in a food processing plant. This role focuses on ensuring equipment uptime, safety, and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing maintenance staff, conducting preventative maintenance, and maintaining inventory and performance appraisals. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, including skills in electrical distribution, PLCs, and mechanical systems. A technical degree or certifications are preferred, with ammonia refrigeration knowledge a plus. This position requires a hands-on approach to equipment repairs, managing a shift schedule from 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
