WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
CONAM is offering an exciting opportunity with the Las VegasRegional team as a full-time Administrative Assistant. This sought-after position requires a demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and professionalism by performing a variety of responsibilities supporting a varied portfolio. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of duties including creating and tracking documents, office administration, accounting, customer service, and data entry. This person will assist the Regional Vice President, Senior RPMs, and Regional Managers in various projects, and presentations as well as general office duties. This is Full-Time | Hourly | Full benefits. This is an onsite opportunity at our Las Vegas, NV or Phoenix, AZ Regional office location.
Pay Range : $ 25 - $26 / Hour

Duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
Administration
- Maintain a tracking log of reports and deliverables to lenders, governing agencies, owners, and other stakeholders.
- Gather, track, review, and submit reports and deliverables as instructed.
- Process bonuses for on-site associates by gathering data, completing calculations, obtaining RPM approval and submitting through payroll system.
- Manage Outlook calendars for meetings and events among a range of assisted associates.
- Process vendor set-up and check request workflow for regional-level expenses.
- Process expense reports for Regional Vice President and other senior leadership.
- Generate and distribute meeting minutes, memos, emails and reports.
- Process invoices for regional office supplies within guidelines of regional budget (as directed by reporting manager).
- Respond to questions and requests for information from residents, potential residents, clients, and others.
- Sort and distribute mail to appropriate regional staff.
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
Support
All other duties as assigned.
