As a key member of Concentra Career Choice’s patient care team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Our mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of America’s workforce by providing top-notch healthcare services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Center Operation Director in ensuring the optimal level of care and customer service is delivered to all customers.
- Assist in planning and preparing work schedules and assigning colleagues to specific duties.
- Contribute to ensuring the financial performance of the center.
- Develop and maintain new policies, procedures, and training programs for the assigned center.
- Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating Center operations colleagues in consultation with Human Resources.
- Provide technical support and/or resources to client and Center personnel.
- Assist with managing on-site nursing services provided by the Center to client companies, including billing, counseling, and supervision of on-site personnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent directly related work experience.
- At least one year of direct management experience and six months of healthcare experience.
- Ability to make decisions or solve problems using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
- Outstanding customer service skills, strong communication skills, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, tactful and diplomatic communication style.
