Concert Hospitality has an amazing opportunity as Sales Manager

About Doubletree Hotel Columbus, Ohio

We're in downtown Columbus, less than a mile from the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Our hotel is attached to the Huntington Center by an enclosed walkway.   • Ensure activities are in line with the developed sales objectives.
  • Plan and implement sales programs.
  • Solicit, negotiate and confirm new and repeat business through various efforts (outside sales calls, telemarketing, referrals, trade shows, sales missions, internet prospecting, etc).
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and ancillary service goals.
  • Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current clients.
  • Meet weekly, monthly and/or quarterly sales quotas
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful event execution

  • You have catering and sales experience in full-service, limited service and/ or four-diamond luxury boutique hotels.
  • You are an exceptional communicator who can get their point across effectively and skillfully.
  • You possess a winning mindset to achieve your goals.
  • You are knowledgeable of Hilton systems including Delphi

Qualification Standards:

  • Education Bachelor's degree helpful or a minimum of two to five years’ experience in sales and marketing roles in a similar sized operation preferred.
  • Licenses or certificates are not required.
  • All curators must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per Concert Hospitality grooming standards.
