Position: Healthcare Onboarding Specialist – Full-Time
Our rapidly expanding home healthcare company is seeking a full-time Healthcare Onboarding Specialist in Ponte Vedra, FL. This role requires an individual with exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and work independently.
Compensation:
- Pay: $18/hour, plus a monthly bonus

The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude, excel under pressure, and demonstrate the ability to perform the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Refer qualified CNAs to clients on an ongoing basis.
- Provide exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and processes.
- Maintain strong computer proficiency, especially in Word and Excel.
- Communicate effectively within a team environment, ensuring smooth coordination.
- On-call availability is required.
- Answer phone calls during regular hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
- Be available for after-hours calls, including weekends (Friday 4:30 PM–Monday 9:00 AM).
- Offer additional office support as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant healthcare experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
