Job Duties: Quality Assurance/Control Responsibilities
- Perform reviews for each phase of the construction process
- Manage review schedule
- Upload phase reviews to software and generate a paper copy to have superintendents, assistant project manager, and project manager to sign
- Perform review of inspections with team at weekly production meeting
- Teach lessons of a phase in the construction process at weekly production meetings
- Weekly visits to various jobs with superintendents to instruct on quality standards for jobsites
- Communicating with superintendents and project manager to ensure defects are corrected in a timely and professional manner
- Knowledge of international residential code
Job Duties: Warranty Responsibilities
- Determine whether warranty claims fall under our 10 year warranty
- Review warranty claims and update our repairs in our warranty software
- Schedule and manage repairs for approved warranty items
- Coordinate with homeowners, subcontractors, and Concord staff to schedule warranty repairs
- Have subcontractors complete subcontractor agreements
- Supervise subcontractors on jobsites
- Order materials and make deliveries and repairs
- Sign off on approved invoices and/or bills
Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to use tools, ladders, small equipment, etc.
- Time management
- Must be able to excel in customer satisfaction
- Must have a sincere desire to help people
- Team minded
- Detailed
- Must have a coachable attitude
- Have a great attitude and desire to learn
- Knowledge of International Residential Code
- Home inspection experience is recommended
- High level of attention to detail
- Show integrity and strong work ethic
- Ability to manage schedule
- Ability to use building software & take insepction photos, documentation, etc
- Ability to be unbiased when performing job roles
- Ability to manage warranty claims & coordinate with subcontractors and homeowners
