Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance to the accounting department, project manager, and engineering staff.
Bill and schedule for our inspection department utilizing our 3rd party software ServiceTrade.
Present a polished and professional image by handling incoming calls and emails with customers.
Serve as the primary contact for vendors, subcontractors, and construction service teams.
Input data for various forms, including change orders, service agreements, and subcontracts.
General office duties, such as filing, data entry, typing, copying, ordering supplies, and contributing to special projects as required.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma is a minimum requirement, but additional college education like an associate's or bachelor's degree will set you apart.
Experience in administrative work is preferred, newcomers to the field are encouraged to apply; prior experience in a bustling construction office is advantageous but not required.
While familiarity with the construction industry is a plus, it's not a deal-breaker.
Showcase exceptional time management, organizational abilities, and clear communication skills.
Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, particularly with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Computerease and Service Trade is advantageous, though not mandatory.
