What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Scheduler position at Concordia Lutheran Ministries and Affiliates?
Good Samaritan Hospice is seeking a full-time Scheduler to schedule and monitor our clinical field staff by utilizing our electronic medical records system to ensure excellent patient care. This is a Monday-Friday with a weekend rotation based in our Valencia, Pa office.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of hospice field operations preferred but not necessary
Ability to work independently and prioritize scheduling operations
Solid computer skills, including Word and Excel
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
