Good Samaritan Hospice, a mission of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, provides compassionate home care, facility based, and inpatient hospice services to our patients and their families. Our home care coverage area spreads throughout several counties in Western Pennsylvania with inpatient locations in Wexford, Cabot, and Beaver. The Good Samaritan Hospice team works together to provide relief through pain control and symptom management, while offering emotional, social and spiritual support for the patient and family. Good Samaritan Hospice is seeking a full-time Scheduler to schedule and monitor our clinical field staff by utilizing our electronic medical records system to ensure excellent patient care. This is a Monday-Friday with a weekend rotation based in our Valencia, Pa office.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of hospice field operations preferred but not necessary
- Ability to work independently and prioritize scheduling operations
- Solid computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
