We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive business growth. You will utilize various sales techniques and tool to effectively communicate with prospects and nurture relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for business development. Duties

  • Conduct warm outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce our products/services and qualify leads.
  • Utilize software tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead quotas.
  • Research and understand target industries and client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions & the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process to enhance client relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in lead generation and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success with B2B inside sales or technical sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong telemarketing skills with a focus on warm calling techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to overcome objections and handle rejection.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
  • Previous experience in customer service or business development is advantageous.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and lead qualification is essential.

Pay: $20.11 - $22.42 per hour
