Cocktail Server

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cocktail Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to guests in a high-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a vibrant personality, a passion for hospitality, and a strong understanding of high-volume service.

Job Description:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously in a professional manner.
• Take and serve drink orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our cocktail and food menus.
• Monitor guests’ needs and respond to requests in a timely fashion.
• Ensure tables and surrounding areas are clean and presentable.
• Verify guest identification and age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately. Experience with Toast is a plus.
• Communicate effectively with bartenders and other team members.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Uphold the venue’s standards of service, appearance, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a cocktail server or in a hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service.

This is a part-time position and the candidate must have open weekend availability.
